Ms. Zainab Muhammad Yakasai, B.A., PGDPPA, MPPA, IPMA is the Deputy Director of Department, Training and Development and a Deputy Director (Administration) with the Federal Judicial Service Commission (FJSC), Abuja. She is a seasoned administrator and Toastmaster with over 25 years of dedicated and distinguished service at the Commission.

Ms. Yakasai possesses extensive knowledge in Human Resources Management as well as vast experience in Public Relations matters, having attended many trainings on human relations management both internationally and within Nigeria. She is known for her strong commitment to transparency, accountability, teamwork and operational excellence. Her outstanding contributions have earned her several recognitions, including a Certificate of Commendation in 2011/12 and an accelerated promotion from Chief Administrative Officer to Deputy Director in December 2021.

She serves as Acting Head of Department of Training and Development, Head of the Public Relations Unit, Ad Hoc Committee Chairman for the Board of Survey, Ad Hoc Committee Chairman for Biometric Review, and Treasurer of the BUKAA Toastmasters Club, Abuja.
