Hajia Bilikisu Isa Dodo is an accomplished public sector professional with over 20 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and procurement. She serves as Deputy Director (GL 15) at the Federal Judicial Service Commission. She holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Usman Dan-Fodio University, Sokoto, and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the National Open University of Nigeria. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) and the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants. She has participated in training programmes across the United Kingdom, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Turkey, France, and Egypt. Her key competencies include Public Procurement, Financial Management, Leadership, Anti-Corruption Frameworks, and ICT Proficiency.
View Full ProfileThe Procurement Department of the Federal Judicial Service Commission conducts all procurement processes to ensure Competition, Transparency and Openness, Efficiency and Economy, and most importantly Value for Money. The Head of Procurement oversees all purchasing activities, develops procurement strategies, manages supplier relationships, controls budgets, ensures compliance, and leads the procurement team to optimize organizational efficiency and value. The unit ensures there is value for money, and that all money spent on goods, works, and services by the Commission are fully accounted for.
