Mrs. H.A. Turaki is a Life Bencher and an accomplished Nigerian legal administrator currently serving as the Secretary of the Federal Judicial Service Commission (FJSC). As the chief accounting officer of this constitutional body, she plays a vital role in the management, administration, and appointment processes of the Nigerian judiciary.
Mrs. H.A. Turaki possesses a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Bayero University, Kano, obtained in 1995, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1996. She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC). Her career spans several years of dedicated service in legal practice, judicial administration, and public service.
She was made a member of the Body of Benchers and confirmed with the status of a Life Bencher in recognition of her sterling qualities and exemplary leadership style. She is a member of several Committees in the judiciary.
