Mr. Kabiru Sani Isakoto is a pioneer staff member of the Commission who has played an integral role in its growth and transformation over the past 25 years. Throughout his distinguished career, he has contributed significantly to shaping the Commission into a highly respected institution within the Federal Judiciary and the broader public service.
Driven by a deep passion for human capital and organizational development, Mr. Kabiru Isa-koto has championed initiatives that foster excellence through mentorship, staff engagement, innovation, and continuous learning. He has been instrumental in promoting the Commission's "Investors in People" philosophy, cultivating high-performing teams and a culture of professional excellence.
His leadership and strategic insights have influenced the design and implementation of key policies and programmes in areas including staff training and development, strategic leadership, capacity building, performance management, workforce engagement, career development, public sector reform, and organizational development.
Mr. Kabiru Isa-koto is an alumnus of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and the University of Abuja. He holds professional certifications as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources International (SPHRi), awarded by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Kabiru Isa-koto is an avid sports enthusiast with a particular passion for basketball. He actively promotes the concept of 'Gamification', using sports and recreational activities as platforms for teaching leadership, teamwork, resilience, and essential life skills.
The Establishment Department was created on 21st June 2021 from the Administrative Department. It comprises five (5) units that manage human resources across all Federal Courts by ensuring staff development, career progression, policy implementation, strategic workforce planning, and performance.
