Mr. Akinwumi Aina, FNIM, MCIPM (Director of Administration, FJSC) holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy (Second Class Upper) and a Masters degree in Public Administration (MPA). He is a Fellow of the Nigeria Institute of Management (FNIM) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (MCIPM). He is a seasoned administrator with an outstanding record. Over the years, he has built a reputation for exemplary leadership, strategic vision, administrative excellence, and an unwavering commitment to the development and seamless service delivery across the Federal Judiciary.

From the inception of his distinguished career in the FJSC, Mr. Akinwumi Aina has served in strategic positions such as the Pioneer Unit Head of Establishment, thus acquiring extensive experience in Personnel Administration, Establishment Matters, Policy Development, and Office Administration among others. His broad administrative expertise has contributed significantly to improved organizational performance, effective management, and enhanced service delivery.

As Director of Administration, Mr. Aina has so far served under three (3) Chief Executive/Chief Accounting Officers of the Commission by providing strategic leadership in coordinating administrative operations, advising on policy and institutional matters, strengthening administrative systems, promoting staff development, and ensuring compliance with Extant Regulations and public service standards.

Widely admired for his integrity, humility, diligence, professionalism, and excellent interpersonal skills, Mr. Aina has earned the confidence and respect of colleagues, stakeholders, and development partners.
